At Heybike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Ride
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
